We have just returned from a 7day British Isles Cruise and utilized the services of this company twice – once in Portland and then again on disembarkation day for a transfer from cruise terminal to Heathrow. On both days communication with Gary and Neil were exceptional to say the least. Both went out of their way to treat us to a wonderful day in Portland plus extra stops and information. Also on our transfer day en route we stopped to visit Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral .. Gary ensured we arrived in good time whilst visiting two wonderful places on our way back home. Totally recommend

What a wonderful day we had with Gary. Everything was seamless from the port pickup to drop off. The pace off the tour was really good with lots of time at the various sites. We would definitely recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with Dorset and Beyond – especially owner Gary and our driver Ray. Ray picked us up at the Southampton Cruise Port after our cruise ended and he took us to both the Salisbury Cathedral (a suggestion from Gary when I booked) and Stonehenge. Ray was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! He gave us all the time we wanted and even suggested where to have lunch. After our fabulous day, he took us to our hotel next to the Heathrow airport. Prior to getting in touch with Gary, I had about given up on doing all this because pricing was ridiculous. However, Gary provided a fair quote and followed up with exceptional service. Should we ever be in his neck of the woods again, we will be sure to use him and his drivers!

I contacted Dorset and Beyond just a week before our Disney Dream cruise after struggling to find accessible transport for our large group. Gray was fantastic. Although he didn’t have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle available, he found one for us and arranged a second vehicle for the rest of our party. Communication was quick and helpful throughout. Our drivers Darren and Mark were brilliant – friendly, flexible and so accommodating. Darren made sure our wheelchair user was always his priority, ensuring he was comfortable, included and able to enjoy the day with everyone else. They listened to what we wanted to see and simply made it happen, choosing routes as we went so we could make the most of our time and see as much of beautiful Dorset as possible. A fantastic day and brilliant service. Highly recommend!
